Why this agency exists
We got tired of losing customers to the calls we could not take and the follow-ups we forgot. So we built the systems for ourselves first: the phone answered, the follow-up sent, the paperwork filed. They run our real estate investing business every day, and that business is still the agency’s biggest customer.
Now we build the same thing for restaurants and contractors as fixed-scope systems, and for real estate investors and agents as consulting. Nothing on this site is something we have not used ourselves.

Duane Youngren, co-founder. A contractor with more than thirty years of construction experience and the person who evaluates every property the Youngren Team buys. If a system has to survive a job site, he is the one who tests it.
