Why we use it
I have run my businesses on HighLevel since 2021 and grown alongside it. OMH Agency’s own phone line is answered by an AI agent built in it. Our events run on it: invitations, RSVPs, check-ins and the follow-up texts. When HighLevel released Voice AI, we had agents taking real calls within weeks.
